Installations Installations The Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD)
has opened.

Drawing from collections of museums, institutes, organizations, universities, and private citizens, MoAD is a collector of stories - a repository of information to be shared with all who wish to know about the African Diaspora.

The museum building in San Francisco's mission district features a three story tall photomosaic pictured at left, based on an original photograph by Chester Higgins Jr.
